This Flu Season is a Good Opportunity to Practice Prevention
The 2009-10 flu season is likely to be more difficult than the past few years.
In addition to the regular strain of influenza A (the flu) there is also the H1N1 virus
and a new Center for Disease Control (CDC) bacterial vaccine recommendation that impacts people with mental illness.

Everything in the health industry is changing daily and the public must stay aware and up to date on what resources are available to stay current. The CDC affords a great amount of detail about what to do under extreme circumstances. With our ever changing environment and the details of disease and control, we need to take responsibility for our own safety and health issues by staying current.
